Run kawaru inside
the AI assistant you already use
Works with Claude and ChatGPT
kawaru connects to your AI assistant through MCP, an open standard that lets AI assistants use external tools and data. Your team can run interviews, edit the map and ask questions about processes without leaving the chat.
- 7 minutes of AP Clerk work per invoice becomes 3, review included
- An AP Clerk approves each draft and match before it is saved
- Approval for payment stays with the Finance Controller
- Saves about $3,640 a month and pays back in under a month
Nothing new to roll out
Your team keeps working in the assistant it already uses; kawaru is added as one more connector.
Same sign-in, same boundaries
Access goes through the user's kawaru sign-in and is limited to the workspaces they belong to.
From the chat your team already uses
Run the interviews
Start an interview on any process and answer it in the chat. The map builds in kawaru as you go.
Edit the map
Fix a step, add a branch or rename a role in plain words, without opening the editor.
Ask questions about the map
Ask how a process works, who does what and which systems and documents each step uses
Add kawaru to Claude or ChatGPT
Claude
On the web, open Customize → Connectors; in the desktop app, Settings → Connectors. Choose Add custom connector and paste the URL. Added once, it works in both.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Plugins, choose Add → Add custom MCP server and paste the URL.
Sign in with your kawaru account and approve access. On Team and Enterprise plans, an admin adds or allows the connector first.
